Guild Rules

1. No Harassment/Sexual Harassment.
A)We have an open guild chat and vent channel policy so to tell the difference between joking and actual harassment, if you are offended, please tell that person to stop and let them know they are being offensive to you. If the harassment doesn't stop, report to an officer.
B) With sexual harassment, the policy is the same. However if the person is going to an extreme, please screen shot the chat going on as proof than send the screen shot conversation to an officer. We will not act unless given proof.
C) Our policy in Guild and in Vent is open policy and we will not openly act on comments made unless it is obvious they are being said to harass or to be rude to other members of the guild.
D) DO NOT INVITE PEOPLE OUTSIDE OF GUILD INTO VENT. If you feel like you HAVE to have an outside friend in vent, please as an Officer for permission, otherwise outsiders from that are not from the guild are not permitted.

2. NO GOD MODDIN/METAGAMING!
A) Godmodding means inhibiting the actions of another player without consent of the other player(s).
Metagaming means using OOC information in any form in RP without the consent of the other party member(s).
*It is suggested that RP fights to be avoided and do duels instead unless the core of the fight was previously discussed. Rp Fights tend to be long and drawn out and make god modding and metagaming a big issue and create needless drama.

3. Please do not have people in guild on your Ignore List.
A) We understand if there is a member you do not get along with and wish to keep on ignore, however if you see them there present for an RP session, please take them off the ignore list so that you can see and respond to their RP, afterwards you are allowed to place them back on Ignore if you find it necessary. (They will not harass you OOCly or Icly during the RP session. If they do and you ask them to stop, let an officer know and we will take care of that very quickly.)

4. Do not disrespect the members of the guild!

5. Do not disrespect or lie to a guild officer. Doing so OOCly will result in an gkick at the officer's digression.

6. If you are in vent, talking privately to someone (For whatever reason) in a separate channel from everyone else and someone comes in, please let them know you are having a private conversation with this other person(s). If they do not respect your privacy and refuse to leave the channel, please alert an officer either in Vent Comment or Guild Chat.

7. We have a 3 Strike system in the guild. If you have done minor offenses to the guild that don't immediately warrant an auto gkick normally, the person will be given a warning to them by an officer. After if the problem continues you will be given a strike. 3 strikes and your perma banned from guild. Leaving the guild is considered a strike.
